Experienced Customer Onboarding Strategist Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Onboarding Strategist to join our team. This role will be responsible for setting up high-value customers for immediate success through a clearly defined onboarding process.
About the RoleIn this role, you will educate new customers, help solve problems, drive strategy, and ensure the adoption of our products. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a standard.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
- Build a knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
- Experience meeting Business-to-Business sales goals.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling.
- Experience working in the market to support our clients in the region.
- Experience in new business sales and analysis.
- Experience in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, in Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
