About this role:
As a Senior Customer Experience Strategist, you will lead the customer success strategy to drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to maximize customer adoption of our products and leading onboarding and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer success strategies to meet business objectives.
- Manage success metrics across the team, including product consumption, active users, health score, retention, cross-sell/upsell, and lifetime value.
- Establish customer success goals, monitor achievement, and collaborate on business reviews with customers.
- Develop new customer opportunities, advance existing ones, or assist the Sales team in closing opportunities by demonstrating industry expertise and gaining the prospective customer's confidence.
- Provide voice of the customer input into product enhancements based on identified needs.
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in Account Management or Customer Success in a technical SaaS business.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Technical background or experience supporting technical software solutions.
- Experience leading CS for services/professional services is a bonus.
- Strong analytical skills, aptitude for metrics, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Customer-centric and relationship-oriented with a proven track record of achieving results while balancing demanding expectations.
- Driven, consultative, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance competing priorities and make decisions that support growth.
