As a Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Creating an inspiring and productive culture that fosters collaboration and excellence among team members.
Demonstrating strong leadership skills to build and maintain a high-performing sales team.
Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve overall store performance.
Providing coaching and mentoring to Sales Advisors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ensuring that the store represents our brand values and standards in all aspects of customer service.
Effective communication with customers, teams, and senior leadership to resolve sales orders, customer situations, and employee issues.
Training and updating Sales Advisors on products, store policies, and daily operations.
Collaborating with senior leadership to achieve sales volume goals and address any operational challenges.
Minimum 3 years of experience in furniture retail sales or related field.
Previous management experience in a sales environment is beneficial.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to close performance gaps and drive results.
Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Excel.
