Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve success and manage performance effectively.
- Act on customer feedback to ensure service excellence.
- Create a great work environment by listening to and acting on colleague input.
- Ensure store operations are safe, legal, and compliant with processes and policies.
- Support and coach team leaders and sales advisors for smooth operations.
- Drive flawless execution of launches, events, and campaigns.
- Manage the full colleague lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and development.
About the Role:
- Proven experience managing and developing teams in retail or customer-facing environments.
- Leads by example, inspiring teams to perform at their best.
- Commercially aware with a strong focus on customer service.
