Job Description

We're seeking a skilled leader to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Customer Support Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that drive results. Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping our support processes and ensuring seamless communication with customers.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in leading teams of 8+ in fast-paced, metrics-based environments
  • Proven track record of developing talent and building a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset, using insights to set goals, measure performance, and balance high standards with empathy and support
  • Experience supporting global customer bases, with cultural awareness and the ability to adapt communication and support styles across diverse markets
  • Skilled communicator, comfortable under pressure, and able to manage competing priorities while keeping teams focused
