Job Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Contracts Professional to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Mechanical Contracts Manager to take on new challenges and develop their skills in contract management, customer service, and team leadership.

  • Manage the delivery of mechanical contracts within a range of sectors including Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Large-Scale Residential.
  • Ensure all works are carried out to a high standard, ensuring all RAMS and site safety plans are project specific and adhered to.
  • Assist with the procurement and ordering of key materials and appointments of subcontract supply chain, ensuring specifications and drawing requirements are being complied with and are commercially viable.
  • Have good working relationship with clients and ensure that all works are programmed and completed in a professional controlled manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitor and successfully deliver Mechanical Contracts for our clients.
  • As a manager, you will have the responsibility of ensuring all works are carried out to a high standard.
  • Assist with the procurement and ordering of key materials and appointments of subcontract supply chain.
  • Have good working relationship with clients and ensure that all works are programmed and completed in a professional controlled manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in contract management.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
