Job Title: Fleet Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to coordinate village vehicle operations, ensuring they meet company standards. The successful candidate will oversee and audit village vehicle fleets, control and optimise vehicle operating costs, monitor and control OPEX costs versus budgets, act as a key point of contact for all village transport requirements, and encourage sustainable travel.

Main Responsibilities
  • Audit and maintain village vehicle fleets to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Optimise vehicle operating costs through effective administration of maintenance schedules, fuel, vehicle hire, batteries, and other transport expenses.
  • Monitor and control OPEX costs against budgets, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate village transport requirements, ensuring efficient utilisation of the vehicle fleet.
  • Promote sustainable travel practices and manage colleague transport costs, advising on cost-effective options.
