We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, performing administrative tasks and filing documents.
About your New Role:
- Based in the Accounts Invoicing department
- Gathering information and updating databases
- Performing general administrative duties, filing and scanning
- Utilizing Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and an in-house system
Requirements:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Two years of relevant experience with demonstrable equivalent skills
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Professional knowledge and experience to date
- Planning and organizational skills
The position is based on-site and includes free parking.
