We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Business Development Executive. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in sales and insurance, who are passionate about building long-term relationships with clients.

Job Description

The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through the acquisition and retention of new and existing clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging expertise to develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Utilizing market knowledge and internal service insights to engage potential prospects effectively
  • Developing compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that address prospect needs and communicate the value of our services

This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while contributing positively to a supportive team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Several years of experience within an insurance professional role, bringing a deep understanding of the industry and client needs
  • Strong technical insurance competency, combined with a genuine eagerness to continuously develop skills and knowledge
  • Fully qualified CIP or working towards ACII qualification
