Corporate Business Development Role

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to spearhead business growth, revenue expansion, and innovative insurance solutions. As a seasoned executive, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and growing a substantial portfolio of complex or high-yield accounts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilise your expertise to drive sales growth, leveraging market knowledge and internal service insights to engage potential prospects effectively.
  • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that address prospects' needs and clearly communicate the value of services.
  • Lead the entire account process from identification to closing, including pricing negotiations and expectation management.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of markets and industries to identify new relationship opportunities.

What You Need To Have:
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while contributing positively to a supportive team culture.
  • Several years of experience within an insurance professional role, bringing a deep understanding of the industry, client needs, and sales strategies.
  • Strong technical insurance competency, combined with a genuine eagerness to continuously develop skills and knowledge.
  • Fully qualified CIP.
