Job Overview

We are seeking a Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and service.


About the Role

This full-time position involves providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries, identifying client needs, and helping them utilize specific features. You will work closely with our technical team to resolve product issues and escalate as necessary. Your excellent communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, and proficiency in English make you an ideal candidate for this role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical solutions to customers to help them fully utilize their investment
  • Configure customer systems to meet requirements
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in our case tracking system
  • Maintain support cases until resolution, drive other teams as needed, and lead customer expectations
  • Perform problem characterization, replication, diagnosis, and root cause analysis

Requirements
  • Native level proficiency in English
  • Relevant technical diploma or degree, or relevant work experience
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving problems in software environments
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize, manage, multitask, and execute projects multi-functionally
  • Ability to explain complex concepts simply
