**Job Title:** Special Care Worker

Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Care Worker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young people who require specialized care and support.

As a Special Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in a secure and therapeutic environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals in need
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care and support
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related discipline
  • Experience working with children and adolescents
  • Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Permanent / Full-Time contract
  • 39 hours per week on a roster system (including day and night shifts)
