Job Description

Meta is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the management and execution of construction projects in its Europe, Middle East, and Africa offices. As Head of Facilities Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of office spaces that meet Meta's global standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in coordinating large-scale construction projects across multiple locations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of projects, while maintaining effective communication with vendors and contractors.

Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring timely completion of projects. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project objectives.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with Meta's quality and safety standards
  • Maintaining accurate records of project progress and budget expenditures
  • Providing regular updates to leadership on project status and any issues that may arise

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a similar capacity
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects within budget and timeframe
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
