Lead Project Coordinator

Your new employer is seeking an experienced construction professional to manage the delivery of a major data centre project in West Dublin. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, with a focus on ensuring excellence in project execution.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership and values clear communication. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and leading construction teams, with expertise in managing and completing work packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the co-ordination of civil, structural, and architectural work packages.
  • Support the construction team in their roles to successfully deliver the project scope.
  • Ensure site safety in conjunction with the project manager and safety team.
  • Develop a project delivery strategy for the construction works.
  • Review client design, highlight discrepancies or deviations from local and international standards.
  • Protect the company's commercial and contractual position.
  • Liaise with the design team and project design manager to ensure necessary information is issued and aligns with the construction schedule.
  • Manage sub-contractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and resource levels.
  • Chair weekly progress meetings with each supply chain member.
  • Ensure all sub-contractor documentation is well maintained and filed accordingly.
  • Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, and handover meetings.
