Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management (WFM) professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering WFM software implementations, providing consultancy and implementation expertise, and managing project tasks to ensure timely delivery.


Key Responsibilities
  • Implement WFM software solutions using best practices and industry standards.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance delivery, share feedback, and support product development.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer-facing SaaS consultancy or implementation.
  • Strong time management, prioritisation, and autonomous working capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, or report writing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to stakeholders from end users to C-level.
