Required Skills and Qualifications:- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical training is preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in data entry or related clerical/administrative roles is necessary.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating alphanumeric and 10-key data entry with speed and accuracy is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is expected; the ability to learn new software systems quickly is essential.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Experience training or mentoring staff in data entry, scanning, and mail-handling procedures is beneficial.
