About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension and Risk Administrator to join our team. As a hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Dublin office.

The successful candidate will provide professional administration services to a portfolio of external clients, including Global Clients. This will involve oversight of the renewal process, claims management, member engagement, insurer management, and legislative governance of Pension, Risk, and Healthcare schemes for our clients.

You will also be responsible for supporting client Online Benefit Portals and playing a key oversight role in ensuring consistent service between these portals and our Broking Teams.

The Administrator will oversee the renewal process, manage claims, handle client and member queries, support Pension and Risk consultants, and manage insurers and legislative governance of Pension, Risk, and Healthcare schemes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and expertise in Employee Benefits, with a strong technical knowledge in either Healthcare, Pension, or Risk.
