We are seeking a senior business leader to spearhead our product management and revenue growth initiatives. This key role requires commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with brokers and insurers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Management / Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans for products to achieve objectives.
    • Communicate and implement agreed strategies within various business areas.
    • Analyze underperforming products, develop remediation plans, and implement changes.
    • Review existing product offerings against competitors, assess rating competitiveness, and develop new products.
  • Client Satisfaction and Key Relationship Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with all business partners.
    • Agree strategic plans with stakeholders to ensure clear expectations on KPIs.
    • Review strategic plans and actual performance with stakeholders.
    • Act as a product manager, setting rating structures, reviewing product features, and tracking market trends.
  • Compliance & Operations:
    • Ensure daily service levels are met or exceeded in conjunction with Team leaders.
    • Liaise with internal and external providers to approve and apply system changes.
    • Hold regular meetings with Operations and Sales team leads to ensure sales and service levels are met.
  • People Management:
    • Support planning for resource allocation.
    • Facilitate professional development of key staff members by monitoring their performance and identifying areas of improvement.
    • Communicate strategies and actual performance to teams regularly.

The ideal candidate will possess a CIP qualification, previous experience managing a large commercial property portfolio, and excellent interpersonal, organisational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel, is essential.
