Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all parts requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all parts telephone and walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership.
- Qualify parts needs and requests.
- Establish understanding and agreement with the customer of the parts required.
- Manage any necessary liaison with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction. Follow up in line with dealership procedures.
- Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the dealership.
- Maintain product knowledge on the full range of vehicles.
- Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic IT skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Training and Development:
We have a comprehensive training program in place which is tailored to suit individual's needs and can take six months to complete.
