We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective issue resolution, product recommendations, and sales techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, best practices, and process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and product information to provide expert advice to customers.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and services, and confidently present recommendations to leadership.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection guidelines and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in technology and a desire to learn.
- Confident and sociable teammate with ability to work towards individual and team goals.
- Self-motivated, patient, and personable individual with strong attention to detail and negotiation skills.
