  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, prioritising excellent care.
  • Assist with room service and manage luggage transportation.
  • Set up and refresh meeting rooms.
  • Perform regular security checks and participate in fire and accident drills.
  • Familiarise yourself with the hotel layout, local area, and amenities.
  • Observe safety rules and ensure equipment is always in a safe state.
  • Report and act on incidents of accidents, fires, loss, or damage.
  • Uphold customer relations policies and promote services to guests.
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and professionalism.
Key Qualifications
  • Fully flexible working schedule essential
  • Minimum one year experience in a similar role highly desirable
  • Outstanding customer service skills required
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently necessary
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Knowledge of AV equipment highly desirable
  • Resilience and ability to perform well under pressure required
  • A high level of motivation necessary

This physically demanding role requires plenty of stamina and the capacity to move heavy equipment. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
