We are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee Third-Party Manufacturing operations for our key products.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and material procurement strategies, negotiating Manufacturing Service Agreements, and ensuring compliance with the terms of the agreements. They will also visit Third Party Manufacturer sites regularly to increase engagement and identify opportunities for safety, quality, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective planning and material procurement strategies to supply TPM with required materials.
- Negotiate and manage Manufacturing Service Agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Visit TPM sites regularly to promote engagement and identify areas for improvement in safety, quality, and processes.
- Communicate product forecasts and manufacturing schedules to TPM.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Planning to ensure suppliers meet demand forecasted.
- Contribute to the development of Financial Operating Plans, Updates, LRP, and Standard processes to achieve financial goals.
- Moderate Steering Committee meetings, monitor Virtual Operation Teams' performance, address issues, and escalate if necessary.
A Bachelor's Degree in a science or technical field is required, along with 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, project management, quality, and S&T, and proven leadership ability with superior communication skills.
