Job Description

The Rooms Division Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office and Accommodation departments, ensuring smooth coordination between departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities include implementing and monitoring standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas, as well as leading, training, and developing team members to achieve performance goals and departmental KPIs.

Maximising room occupancy and revenue through effective yield management in collaboration with the Reservations team is also a critical aspect of this role.

As Rooms Division Manager, you will handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a Rooms Division or Front Office/Accommodation leadership role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of PMS systems and hotel management software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to maximise revenue opportunities.
