
Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our team.
This role is based in our office, where you will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Candidates must be available to start immediately.
Contract: 4 months.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of our organization within your channel and representative at internal and external events/conferences.
You will be responsible for developing meaningful customer relationships through positive engagement interactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Be an ambassador for our organization and develop our profile across multiple communities (internal and external).
- Understand customers' needs, our products, and digital capabilities to develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Contribute to business objectives in a controlled and compliant manner.
- Be 'risk aware' and contribute to maintaining a robust risk framework by ensuring your customer interactions are conducted in accordance with legislative, regulatory, and organizational policies.
Additional responsibilities include optimizing customer interactions as defined in our Omni-Opti Channel Charter, i.e., sales, service, self-service through online, video, app, and voice channels—supporting the team in achieving targets and KPIs and maximizing opportunities to achieve customer goals and commercial objectives.
RequirementsOur ideal candidate will have:
- An Ordinary Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) with a grade D3/O6/H6 at Ordinary or Higher Level in five Leaving Certificate subjects (including English and Maths) and/or 5+ years post-Leaving Certificate experience.
- Enthusiasm, goal-oriented with high energy, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- A passion for building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Motivation to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
