Job Title: Fund Accounting Senior Manager

Lead a team of skilled fund accountants in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee critical fund accounting operations and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering accurate and timely NAV calculations daily
  • Providing guidance and support to the team on escalated issues related to fund movement analysis
  • Serving as the main operational contact for clients, addressing their queries and challenges
  • Leading initiatives to improve processes and align team efforts with organizational strategies
  • Managing team performance, conducting regular reviews and collaborating with stakeholders on projects related to audits and process enhancements

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of experience in fund accounting operations with expertise in Enterprise Invest One systems
  • Strong knowledge of fund accounting requirements for ETFs is advantageous
  • Proven experience in people management, coaching and developing teams
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients, auditors and market data providers in a professional setting
  • Degree in Accounting or Business complemented by excellent communication skills and a history of driving team improvements
