Solution Architect

As a key member of our team, you will lead the design of innovative HR solutions and translate business needs into scalable systems. You will provide expert guidance to clients, drive delivery, influence strategy, and shape the future of digital HR.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver complex SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned to best practices and business goals.
  • Oversee multiple design streams, ensuring integration and smooth execution across teams.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable, future-proof HR systems.
  • Provide strategic guidance on platform capabilities, integrations, and roadmaps.
  • Deliver clear documentation and impactful presentations to communicate solutions.
  • Shape the SAP SuccessFactors practice by identifying innovation and growth opportunities.
  • Manage configuration workbooks and system documentation across multiple projects.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Skilled in design thinking, UX, and customer-centric solution design.
  • Strong experience leading end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Deep understanding of the full development lifecycle and best practices.
  • 10+ years' hands-on experience with SuccessFactors configuration and delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; active SuccessFactors certifications highly valued.
  • Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors best practices and key modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding).
