  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major residential accounts.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to drive growth.
  • Mentor and support team members to help them meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Generate leads and manage sales pipelines across various commercial sectors (corporate offices, retail spaces, hotels, etc.).
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
  • Track sales performance, analyze trends, and report on results to senior management.
  • Utilize CRM tools and other software to manage client information, sales activities, and forecasts.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the residential sector (flooring, doors, joinery or related industries).
  • Strong understanding of residential market dynamics and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to create and execute sales strategies.
  • Experience in managing or leading a sales team is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales software.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
