Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Professional

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced grounds maintenance professional to join our estate team.

  • Maintenance of extensive private grounds, including formal gardens, fencing, hedges, tree felling, lawns, woodlands, and open spaces.
  • Lead and manage a team of 6 garden staff and oversee their day-to-day duties.
  • Coordinate the overall maintenance of the grounds, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
  • Liaise with external contractors as necessary.
  • Purchasing of garden machinery and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in estate, gardens or grounds management.
  • Amenity Horticulture qualification.
  • Hands-on horticultural knowledge and a proactive approach.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Organised, reliable and able to prioritise work effectively across multiple areas.
