We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage our regional rehoming hubs, foster team, and customer service team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, logistics, and animal welfare.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Lead and manage regional rehoming hubs, foster team, and customer service team to ensure excellence in welfare, care, and rehoming practice across multiple locations.
  • Manage and oversee the movement and intake of all dogs for Dogs Trust Ireland, making welfare-focused decisions to match each dog with the most suitable care pathway.
  • Provide clear, compassionate leadership, supporting and developing team managers and their teams through coaching, performance management, and strategic guidance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, staff appraisals, and team wellbeing, fostering a collaborative and resilient culture. They will also oversee and monitor budgets, delivering financial efficiency without compromising on care quality, drive continuous improvement by leading projects such as SOP rollouts, IT upgrades, and operational process enhancements, and collaborate closely with external partners to maintain the highest standards of care and service.
