- Handle inquiries from clients, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
- Process facility requests, verify information through checks and comparisons, and identify necessary materials for job completion.
- Raise purchase orders, manage paperwork, and input data into the IT system accurately and on time.
- Maintain high-quality maintenance administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Act as a reliable backup to the maintenance manager, providing support and staying informed about issues or complaints.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office setting is essential; helpdesk experience is a plus.
- Excellent social skills, flexibility, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong interaction, organization, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Diligence and flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Multitasking and initiative are crucial in this role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft packages is beneficial.
- Good telephone manners and communication skills are vital for client liaison.
