HR Coordinator Job Overview

As an HR Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for employees and management. Your role will involve providing information, answering communications, and referring complex queries to the appropriate person.

You will be responsible for onboarding new joiners to the company, maintaining human resources records, verifying candidates' backgrounds by contacting references, and issuing and processing applicable forms and applications.

Key responsibilities include explaining benefits to employees, responding to benefit queries, complying with employment law, and preventing litigation. You will also maintain confidentiality of HR information, update job knowledge through educational opportunities and employment law news, and support administration and operations of the senior HR associate, HR manager, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of employment law. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about HR, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
