Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

About This Role:

The HR Business Partner will provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, promoting a culture of open communication.

  • Act as primary point of contact for HR-related matters
  • Co-deliver manager workshops on various HR topics
  • Promote the use of HR tools and systems
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and recognition programs
  • Manage employee feedback and concerns
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees
  • Contribute to policy reviews and updates in accordance with employment law
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Lead internal investigations, including grievances and disciplinaries
  • Manage workplace accidents and incidents
  • Serve as liaison for employee benefits and incentives

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and operations
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and Microsoft Suite
  • A valid driving license is advantageous
  • CIPD qualification is desirable
