Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

About the Role:

The HR Specialist will be responsible for assisting with data preparation and cleansing for migration into the new HR system. They will also support user acceptance testing (UAT), log issues, and maintain project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Preparation: Assist with data preparation and cleansing for migration into the new HR system.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support UAT, log issues, and maintain project documentation.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and provide feedback on system usability.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records in both legacy and new HR systems during transition.
  • HR Documentation: Prepare contracts, letters, and other HR documentation for hires, changes, and leavers.
  • Benefits Administration: Support administration of benefits, leave, and absence tracking.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate liaison.
  • Reporting: Prepare and validate HR reports, ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment legislation.
  • Employee Support: Act as a first point of contact for HR system queries during rollout and provide employee support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous HR Experience: Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in a system implementation or upgrade.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS platforms desirable.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • Education and Certifications: HR qualification, project support or system training experience is an advantage.
