About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, coordinating talent management processes, responding to queries or escalated issues, and providing support to the Senior HR Associate, HR Manager, and Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information by answering communications and referring special communications to appropriate persons
  • Onboard new joiners to the company
  • Verify candidates' backgrounds by contacting references
  • Issue and process applicable forms and applications, verify completion
  • Explain benefits to employees, manage, and respond to benefit queries
  • Maintain confidentiality of human resources information
  • Update job knowledge through educational opportunities and reading employment law updates
  • Support administration and operations of HR functions
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, onboard new employees, administer benefit programs
  • Schedule medical appointments, distribute onboarding documents, manage sign-offs
  • Complete eligibility to work checks, ensure visa validity and compliance
  • Organize PSC check-ins with employees, background checks, and document verification
  • Notify staff of internal opportunities, maintain personnel records
  • Advise employees on leave balances, maintain employee records
  • Assist with information gathering, maintain GDPR compliance
  • Administer medical insurance, advise on eligibility, and verify submissions
  • Collate employee timesheets, maintain HR records
  • Onboard new employees with orientation, policy review, and document collection
  • Document HR actions, update job knowledge
  • Manage employee ID, IRP, and VISA documentation
  • Review timesheets, address errors, and anomalies
  • Review client systems like AgileOne/FieldGlass, process expenses
  • Respond to client queries promptly
  • Support HR department and organization missions, assist senior HR, and handle ad-hoc duties
