Breakfast Chef

We are seeking an experienced and passionate chef to join our kitchen team. Our premium breakfast service is built around delivering exceptional quality, presentation, and efficiency.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes to agreed standards and menus.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
  • Manage breakfast service efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and timely service.
  • Monitor stock levels for breakfast items and report shortages to the Head Chef.
  • Support occasional banqueting or lunch prep as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a chef or chef de partie in a quality hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Additional Information:

  • This role reports directly to the Head Chef.
