Job Description

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cold storage facility. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and repairing equipment to the highest standards.


Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns;
  • Identifying and troubleshooting electrical system faults;
  • Recording all work carried out in SAP and Shift Report;
  • Implementing permanent fixes for issues raised on the SAP shift report;
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Electrically qualified with strong mechanical skills;
  • Ability to use a multimeter and understand electrical schematics;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, SAP).
