Job Description

As a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our production facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a facility maintenance environment, with a strong understanding of fabrication and general maintenance procedures.

You will be responsible for inspecting and identifying equipment or machines in need of repair, troubleshooting issues to determine necessary repairs, and planning repair work using relevant manuals.

In addition, you will perform general repairs that do not require specialized technicians, carry out routine maintenance on building systems, and clean and assist with upkeep of the facilities.

You will also be responsible for ordering supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance, calibration and testing of plant equipment, alarms, and instrumentation, and liaising with sub-contractors to ensure maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and safe manner.
