Campaign Optimization Specialist

This is a critical role within our organization responsible for driving business outcomes through campaign triage and optimization recommendations.

We are seeking a talented individual who can work closely with sales teams to deliver desirable KPI outcomes for advertisers, ensuring they meet their campaign objectives across the full acquisition funnel.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of experience in advertising, digital media, marketing, or related fields and possess strong analytical skills, including proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, JIRA, and decent understanding of performance advertising media buying.

Responsibilities:

  • Build trust with sales teams and customers by advising on how to achieve the best possible outcomes on direct response (DR) & mobile app promotion (MAP) advertising campaigns.
  • Provide actionable optimization recommendations to advertisers & sales teams through clear communications.
  • Connect customers' success goals with campaign strategies to achieve desired results on our platform.
  • Conduct analytical research and offer detailed recommendations to identify what works and scale campaign success for customers.
  • Assist customers in setting up, running, and analyzing A/B tests to validate hypotheses on how to achieve goals on our platform.
