About the Role

As a seasoned project professional, you will be entrusted with leading and delivering intricate multi-stream projects. This entails ensuring alignment with our established Project Management Methodology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Governance: Documenting project scope, scheduling, and monitoring delivery; Organising and leading governance forums; Preparing and disseminating progress reports; Managing programme costs, cash flow, and invoicing; Identifying and rectifying deviations from plans; and Communicating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Dependency Management: Coordinating early identification and management of external dependencies across the Programme.
  • Risk Management: Communicating and managing Programme risks and issues.
  • Programme Roadmap: Maintaining a standardised visualisation of the roadmap of inflight deliverables and upcoming portfolio reporting and tracking.
  • Outcome Monitoring: Monitoring benefits realisation through key outcome metrics.
  • Business Case & Financial Governance: Coordinating and managing the development and implementation of the business case and financial management to project close out.
  • Product Owner and IT Partnership: Partnering with Product Owner and Solutions Delivery Manager in achieving programme/project outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborating with Product Owner, Solutions Delivery Manager to evolve governance processes and ways of working.
Decision Making

Identify and make informed decisions that significantly impact the project, escalating unresolved matters to designated governance forums.

Problem Solving

Drive problem-solving and issue management for project deliverables. Ensure team adherence to project methodology and address any deviations promptly. Influence project management methodology and policy enhancements.

Collaboration

Cultivate collaborative relationships within the organisation and externally, including regulatory bodies and stakeholders. Identify and manage cross-functional interdependencies effectively.
