Care Leader for Nursing Services

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Assistant Director of Nursing. This role is based in HSE West and North West, covering areas including Sligo, Roscommon, Mayo, Leitrim, Galway, and Donegal.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and have experience working in nursing and midwifery roles. They should also be familiar with eHealth systems and technologies.
This is a specified purpose wholetime contract, meaning it is a full-time position that may lead to further opportunities within the organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and management of nursing teams
- Development and implementation of nursing strategies
- Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to achieve organizational goals
- Providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and supportive work environment
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in nursing or related field
