About the Role

As a key member of our Global Bank Administration team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining core data stored on our Treasury Management System. Your role will involve a combination of teamwork and close collaboration with a small team of 4-5, as well as independent management of items.

The team's key stakeholders are our business units and banking partners. You will partner with other teams in Treasury Operations to achieve operational objectives together.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining core data stored on our Treasury Management System.
  • Partnering with other teams in Treasury Operations to achieve operational objectives.
  • Collaborating with a small team of 4-5 to manage and maintain core data.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Corporate or Financial institution Treasury/Cash Management/Bank Administration environment or similar.
  • Understanding of constitutive and other Bank Administration documents including Board Resolutions/Certificate of Incorporation/Trade Register/Account opening forms/Bank Signatory forms.
  • Familiarity with payments and reporting such as Swift messaging types and formats, including MT101/MT940/MT950.
  • Experience of responding to KYC/AML/Sanctions requests from banks.
  • Must be fluent to a native level in written and spoken English.
