Front Office Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve high standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival and throughout their stay. They will also assist in achieving goals related to mystery audits, customer comment indexes, quality evaluations, and hotel standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Lead a team of front office staff to deliver excellent service and meet performance targets.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the front office area.
  • Assist with staff training and development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee and delegate tasks to others.
  • A warm, friendly, and approachable personality when interacting with both staff and guests.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
