The position of Transportation Manager is a key role within our organization, requiring an experienced professional to lead and develop a team responsible for delivering daily transportation management tasks.

This dynamic role involves supervising and developing a team to ensure seamless operations and drive excellence in transportation management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing shift systems to meet global and local logistics requirements with service excellence
  • Leading recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training initiatives for the team
  • Conducting performance evaluations and supporting team members in their professional growth
  • Developing and overseeing project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies

In addition, this role requires collaborating with leadership to identify opportunities for operational growth and improvement, as well as supporting the implementation of a Project Management Office (PMO) process within the organization.
