Key Operational HR Role

This is a strategic operational management position with opportunities for development. As an experienced people manager, you will lead a team of HR professionals to provide an efficient and professional service on all HR processes and employee lifecycle related matters.

    • Lead, develop and motivate a team of HR professionals.
    • Set clear responsibilities and objectives within the HR Team.
  • HR Systems and Employee Lifecycle Support:
    • Align the HR function with the People Strategy and HRLT priorities.
    • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Ensure service continuity and manage cross-functional collaboration.
    • Ensure that HR policies and practices are pragmatic and user friendly.
    • Deliver exceptional experiences by ensuring the team meets SLA's and follows case management best practices.
  • Systems, Data & Analytics:
    • Establish standards for improving HR data identification and collation.
    • Identify HR system capability needs and ensure our HR system is fit for purpose.
    • Analyse data for reporting in compensation surveys.
  • Collaboration across HR Team:
    • Actively participate as a member of the HRLT and collaborate with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Team.
    • In line with the HRLT support key strategic change projects and programs involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Payroll:
    • Manage the payroll function to ensure staff salaries and benefits are processed and paid on time.
    • Adopt a continuous improvement approach to reviewing, standardising and simplifying payroll processes and procedures.
