Project Manager for Housing Development

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of a large-scale housing project in North Dublin.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and validating design drawings
  • Attending regular meetings with the design team
  • Ensuring timely delivery of projects within projected timelines
  • Coordinating activities with subcontractors to achieve deadlines
  • Verifying compliance with regulations, designs, and company standards
  • Conducting quality checks
  • Managing project documentation
  • Procuring materials as required

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on medium to large development projects
  • Previous residential construction expertise
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proven experience working with contractors and housing projects in the UK or Ireland
