We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to fill the role of Office Administrator in our Letterkenny office.
About the Role:This is a full-time position that involves day-to-day administrative and reception duties. You will be working alongside a supportive team and will have the opportunity to grow with our organisation.
- Front of house duties, including: reception, welcoming clients, answering telephone calls
- Organising and scheduling appointments for clients with financial advisors
- Progressing task items via our systems
- Updating excel spreadsheets and file management including keeping records up to date
- Delivering excellent Customer Service to maintain existing client relationships and engage with new clients
- Providing support to financial and mortgage advisors in day-to-day office activities
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong administration and organisation skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. You should also have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to work independently, prioritising tasks and managing your workload effectively.
Desirable Qualifications:- 2+ years' experience in an office administration-based position
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and software quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
