We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Business Data Insights Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for working in a fast-paced and agile environment, leveraging the latest data engineering techniques and machine learning models to drive business growth.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will support the delivery of business-critical projects across the entire project lifecycle from conception, development through to implementation and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Engineering: Understand and assess the data requirements for business intelligence and AI use cases. Build and maintain data pipelines using the latest data engineering techniques.
  • Machine Learning and AI: Develop prototypes and proof of concept models to test and determine effectiveness for different business solutions. Experiment and innovate with different Machine Learning and AI models.
  • Data Science Champion: Promote, research, and showcase the use of Gen AI tools for workforce efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Business Intelligence or Analytics role.
  • Experience in data science techniques including statistics, machine learning, and AI.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or SQL
  • Degree (or Post graduate qualification) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related discipline.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience of working in insurance or other financial services sector.
  • Post graduate or professional qualification in data science or related discipline.
  • Experience of data visualisation and/or RPA tools
  • Proficient in working with Microsoft Azure Synapse and/or ML Ops.
