Treasury Operations Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Treasury Operations team, where you will be responsible for the confirmation, settlement and revaluation of Treasury Products.

The team is responsible for reporting under various Regulatory Trade Regulations, including MiFID, EMIR and SFTR. You will also have the chance to onboard customers to Client Model and FX Pay, working closely with HCL offshore to ensure SLAs are met.

The role involves working with Corporate and Commercial Banking customers, ensuring an excellent level of customer service is provided. This includes prompt resolution of queries, adherence to Operational and Key controls, and identification of opportunities for improvement within current processes.

  • Key responsibilities:
    • Settlement and Confirmation of Treasury Products
    • Daily payment and positioning of funds
    • Engagement with Corporate and Commercial Banking customers
    • Working closely with key stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Treasury Products and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet prescribed timelines and deadlines
  • Good numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
