We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of litigation assistant. This position will involve providing administrative support to our attorneys and paralegals, including document preparation, research, and calendar management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing various litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Conduct research as needed with guidance from attorneys and paralegals.
- Manage the firm's calendar, ensuring timely scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Handle all office correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Requirements
- Experience working in a law firm environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with legal software and case management programs.
- Strong typing skills are essential.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
