Job Title: Proposal Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Proposal Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create proposals in MS Word based on submitted input sheets
  • Review calculations for mathematical accuracy
  • Assume tasks such as controlling profitability and obtaining approvals
  • Collect and process information and coordinate with various departments
  • Manage and maintain digital filing
  • Communicate and coordinate across departments and maintain an overview of individual projects
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Basic legal knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • You remain calm and collected even in hectic situations
  • Excellent knowledge of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Several years of professional experience in proposals or a similar field
  • The ability to read and understand contractual documents
  • A detailed approach and skilled handling of numbers and text
